ABOUT ME

As a specialist consultant, my goal is to support organizations and businesses in improving their customer experience, while optimizing their services, operations and profitability.

Through tailor-made training seminars and workshops, I offer you and your team the opportunity to learn how to perfect the customer experience in a personalized and innovative way, and create memorable memories for your customers.

After a long experience in the United States and Argentina, I returned to Paris in 2013. In New York, I got a good education alongside Keith McNally's, the king of New York restaurants (Balthazar, Pastis, Lucky Strike...).

 

Building on my experience, I opened my own restaurant Elles in Buenos Aires in 2005.

 

From 2013 to 2022, I worked with Gilles Malafosse (Loulou Paris, Loulou Ramatuelle, Loulou Val d'Isère, Girafe, Perruche, Monsieur Bleu).

 

In 2022, I founded my agency, Stéphanie Rovero Consult ,and I currently work alongside restaurateurs and companies specializing in sales to support them in their activities.
